Disney Springs

This is basically a large, Disney-safe/clean, outdoor shopping mall with free parking. Plenty of food options. It’s fun to just walk around and get pretzels, but there are a lot of activities to do there (amphibian cars, bowling, live music, etc.). If you want a bit of Disney but don’t want to go to the actual parks, this is the way to do it. I would give it about 4 hours of time to park and walk around.
